This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the sglt2 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the sglt2 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the sglt2 management team. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of those revised terms.

The sglt2 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where use of the platform is legally permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws.

Account Creation & User Responsibilities

To access the full suite of sglt2 services, you will need to register and create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and current. sglt2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access has taken place.

Key responsibilities of the account holder:
  • Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone
  • Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur
  • Report to sglt2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access
  • Do not create more than one account per user
  • Complete the identity verification process before making your first withdrawal

Platform Terms of Use

Sglt2 users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful, misleading, harmful, or disruptive purpose. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to hack or interfere with platform systems, using automated software or bots to access services, and attempting to manipulate the betting or gaming system in any dishonest manner.

Users must not distribute content that is seditious, threatening, fraudulent, or that infringes on third-party rights through the platform. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or steal another user's information is a serious offence that may result in legal action.

Sglt2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including permanently suspending or terminating an account without prior notice where the situation requires immediate action.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the sglt2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may make deposits using supported payment methods including FPX, local e-wallets, and bank transfers to a registered Malaysian bank account.

Successful deposits will be credited to your sglt2 account balance. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the bank account or e-wallet name matches the registered sglt2 account profile name. sglt2 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction that fails to meet this verification requirement.

Transaction conditions to take note of:
  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary depending on the method chosen
  • Withdrawals are only processed to a verified Malaysian bank account
  • Withdrawal processing takes one to three business days depending on the method
  • sglt2 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
  • Any refunds or transaction cancellations are subject to sglt2's current policy

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Sglt2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons without prior notice in serious situations: fraud or attempted fraud, breach of terms of use, suspected illegal activity, multiple accounts operated by the same user, or any conduct that threatens the safety of other users or the integrity of the platform.

In cases of routine account suspension, sglt2 will endeavour to provide written notice to the user along with an opportunity to appeal. Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to any remaining balance that may be in the account.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the sglt2 support team. Before closing, any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Limitation of Liability

The sglt2 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, sglt2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including device damage, data loss, or service disruption caused by factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sglt2 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, graphics, text, and software code — is the exclusive property of sglt2 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent from sglt2.

Third-Party Links

The sglt2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. sglt2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies before using their services.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Sglt2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time by publishing the latest version on this page. The update date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
